As of current, Metasense is a finalist in the St Georges 2020 Kick Start Program, within the ‘New Business Idea’ category. The Kick Start Program exists to help propel Australian small businesses with a $40k grant and exposure to industry professionals for the winner. As a top 12 finalists, Metasense will be pitching its SafeSpot device and digital platform at TEDx Sydney, in front of a live audience a panel of judges. Here, Dr Behi will have the opportunity to reveal just how his company is using new UV-sensor technology to improve skin cancer prevention for millions of Australians who work outdoors.
